In this sequel to book one, Mattie Matics Family Problems, characters Addison and Subtractia tell their mother, Mattie Matics, about a wise wizard named Fractioni that taught them about fairness and sharing. Mattie searches to find the wizard in order to thank him. Little did she know that they would end up spending the afternoon together eating a special lunch. During this special lunch, Mattie and her children learn all about fractions and the relationship between parts and wholes.
